Our mission is safety first. We’re about injury prevention, and committed to positively impacting individuals and their workplaces.
Work related injuries constitute a very real threat to workers health and wellbeing. ABS statistics state that the Transport, postal and warehousing industry has a work-related injury occurrence of 76 per 1,000 employed persons. We are reducing the injury rates in some of Australia’s largest employers within the transport and manufacturing industry.
We provide hassle free tailored programs for workplaces to easily improve their safety. We couple expertise, experience and advanced technology to provide data driven business outcomes. By investing in making workplaces safer we are positively affecting the broader community.
Via our early identification practices Insight Workplace Safety provides a specialised exercise physiologist or physiotherapist within your workplace to help identify safety risks and de-risk your workforce with the end goal of reducing work related injuries. We do this through:

Random screenings of workers as they perform their work duties

Gym based management of workers identified as being at high risk of sustaining an injury

Analyzing the data captured and implementing strategies to reduce identified risks (such as task re-design, staff education etc)
A high percentage of work related injuries are of gradual onset, which means they are not caused by sudden incidents such as a trip or fall. A central component of our program is to identify workers who are at risk of developing a gradual onset injury – such as workers currently suffering aches or pains – and developing a management plan to help them before they progress to the point of having an injury.
A key to this strategy is identifying and monitoring symptomatic workers as a guide to predict workers who will develop gradual onset work related injuries.
